A key role in the administrative and accounting control of incentives and fleet operations. **CGE AUTOMOTIVE GROUP** **Brands: Renault · Suzuki · Jeep · Peugeot · Ram · Fiat · Dodge · Alfa Romeo · Ford · Audi · JAC · Foton · Budget · Car4u.** **LOCATION: AGUASCALIENTES** **POSITION: Accountant** (Fleets / Incentives) **Main Responsibilities** * Record and manage fleet sales operations. * Monitor invoicing, payments, and commercial terms for corporate clients. * Administrative and accounting control of units assigned to fleets. * Validate achievement of targets to apply commercial incentives. * Reconcile incentives against sales and invoicing reports. * Reconcile accounts related to incentives, bonuses, and commercial programs. * Record incentives, discounts, and commercial support in accounting records. * Track incentive payments and recoveries from brands. * Prepare incentive, fleet, and commercial performance reports. **Job Requirements** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. **Experience** * 2–4 years in accounting or administrative roles. * Experience in incentive control, invoicing, or sales administration. * Prior experience in automotive dealerships or the automotive sector is preferred. **Key Competencies** * Organization and administrative control. * Financial analysis. * Attention to detail. * Process monitoring and compliance. * Teamwork. **Work Schedule** * Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. * Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. **We Offer** * Salary: $20,000.00 MXN gross per month. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Life insurance. * Opportunity for growth and professional development within a solid automotive group.
