Position Objective As a home collection manager, you are responsible for validating customer data for those applying for credit, as well as setting up payment plans for customers in their first weeks of delay, generating long-term relationships with our customers. Main Responsibilities Visit the homes of customers who have applied for credit and validate the information provided in their application.\* Understand customer needs to provide them with the best solution allowing them to keep their accounts current.\* Provide service with respect and kindness to our customers.\* Operate a motorcycle in compliance with safety regulations, always using required and necessary protective gear. Candidate Profile Experience in customer service, collections, or sales.\* Motorcycle riding skills.\* Valid motorcycle driver's license.\* Ability to operate a mobile device.\* Focused on achieving goals and targets.\* Effective communication and teamwork skills.
