




Job Summary: Support and Services Engineer with office-based activities and on-site visits to handle support tickets, resolve remote issues, and perform equipment maintenance and installation. Opportunity to work on data center infrastructure Support and Services Engineer Work Mode: 50% office-based, 50% on-site visits Office Activities: Handle support tickets via direct customer service channels; remotely resolve issues related to firewalls, alarms, cameras, access points, printers, computers, virtual machines, and others; document incidents in the helpdesk system; support data center infrastructure. On-site Visit Activities: Travel to various cities in Nayarit; perform equipment maintenance and installation; install cabling; load and unload equipment. Requirements: * Degree in Software Engineering, IT, or related field. * Self-motivated with strong communication skills. * Proficient in operating a standard vehicle. * Willingness to travel. * Availability to work on weekends. Desirable: * Experience in helpdesk roles providing remote support. * Knowledge of point-of-sale systems, video surveillance systems, and access control systems. * Customer service experience.
