Timely resolution of technical incidents **Compusof México** We are looking for your talent as Field Technical Support in **Villahermosa.** **Requirements:** * Technical degree in computer science, systems, or equivalent in a related field * Experience as a Field Engineer/Technician in telecommunications, systems, technical support, or related areas (minimum 6 months of experience) **Knowledge:** * Maintenance and repair of computer equipment. * Laser printers. * Telephony and networking (basic) * Structured cabling (desirable) * Configuration of Routers, Switches, and Network Switches.\* **Responsibilities:** * Diagnose faults reported by customers. * Replace parts, track incidents, provide customer service, and close reports. * 100% FIELD **Job Responsibilities:** Promptly resolve incidents and/or requests regarding technical faults reported by users, within the timeframes agreed upon with the client. **We Offer:** * Training as a Field Engineer * Continuous training * Statutory benefits * Per diems **Work Arrangement:** 100% On-site field work Coverage of locations outside the candidate's city of residence.
