VACANCY FOR SUPERVISOR – 100% FIELD (STREET) POSITION **OBJECTIVE:** Coordinate and supervise staff during the meter-reading and billing process; validate meter-reading data; and ensure the bill delivery process in coordination with CESPT. **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** Assign workload according to the work plan, organize the team for efficient delivery, and monitor their activities. Take attendance and verify that staff are properly uniformed, identified, and equipped with necessary tools for the activity; likewise, record assigned materials. Transport staff to different areas of the city as needed. Submit daily reports, summaries, and work plans to the supervisor at the office. Conduct detailed inspections and report errors in readings, zone uncertainties, and codes to data entry personnel. Maintain the vehicle in good condition.
