Main responsibilities of a Bar Assistant at MrBoom Karaoke 1\. Assistance in beverage preparation · Assist the bartender in preparing cocktails and beverages. · Cut, prepare, and restock garnishes (fruits, herbs, decorations). · Keep the bar stocked with ice, juices, mixers, and other supplies. 2\. Customer service and support · Deliver prepared beverages to waitstaff or directly to customers at the bar. · Provide friendly and efficient service at all times. · Support the promotion of specialty drinks or house promotions. 3\. Supply control and restocking · Check stock levels of bottles, syrups, and work materials. · Assist with bar inventory and report restocking needs. · Follow instructions to prevent waste or shrinkage. 4\. Hygiene and organization · Keep the bar, glassware, utensils, and work area clean. · Wash and polish glasses, mugs, and cocktail tools. · Comply with established hygiene and safety standards. 5\. Teamwork and learning · Assist in organizing events, activities, or special promotions. · Collaborate with bartenders and waitstaff to ensure fast and efficient service.
