Job Objective: You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities in Córdoba and its surrounding areas, prospecting SME clients, providing advisory services, and closing negotiations to meet and exceed departmental goals. Responsibilities ✅ Prospect and follow up on the SME portfolio. ✅ Attract new and qualified clients. ✅ Manage the sales pipeline and overdue portfolio. ✅ Prepare and follow up on client files. ✅ Present client cases to the committee jointly with the Credit team. ✅ Ensure post-sale follow-up to verify correct payment application. What We Are Looking For? Incomplete or completed bachelor's degree in economics, administration, or related fields. +2 years of experience in banking or finance, selling products to SMEs. Knowledge of funding requirements and processes for clients. Ability to identify business opportunities and build strategic relationships. Proactive attitude, results-oriented mindset, and passion for innovation. Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and tackle challenges creatively. What We Offer?
