We are looking for someone who masters accounting recordkeeping, is analytical, and has direct experience working with journal entries, accounts, and the SAT (Mexican Tax Authority). ### **Required Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (in progress, candidate, or graduate) * Minimum 1 year of recent experience in general accounting * Mandatory: + CFDI 4.0 invoicing + Proficiency using the SAT portal + Experience with SAP and/or ASPEL * Solid knowledge of accounting records and account reconciliation * Organized, detail-oriented individual accustomed to operational work ### **Main Responsibilities** * Preparation and recording of accounting journal entries * Control and recording of petty cash and cash counts * Preparation of working papers (fixed assets and deferred expenses) * Expense analysis and control * Account reconciliation * General support during accounting closings ### **Employment Offer** * Salary: $12,000 to $14,000 MXN per month, tax-free * Statutory and above-statutory benefits * 1 remote work day per week * Job stability and continuous learning ### **Work Schedule** * Monday to Thursday: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Start the year with a job—apply now!
