**Holiday Inn Orizaba** **Hiring: Property Security Manager** Orizaba, Veracruz **Minimum education:** Completed high school. **Requirements:** * Minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions or property security management roles. * Demonstrable experience in security, risk prevention, and property protection. * Personnel management experience (operational staff). * Experience in access control, vendor management, and supervision of security processes. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, attendance control systems, and CCTV. * Hotel or service industry experience is desirable. * **Must reside in the local area.** **Main responsibilities:** * Safeguard the safety and integrity of personnel, guests, and company assets. * Manage, organize, and supervise security personnel. * Conduct surveillance, inspections, and preventive activities to identify and report incidents. * Supervise entry and exit control for staff, vendors, and visitors. * Coordinate security personnel training. * Monitor video surveillance systems (CCTV). * Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and operational manuals. * Prepare reports and conduct incident investigations. * Perform other duties inherent to the position.
