**Holiday Inn Orizaba** **Hiring: Maintenance Operator** Orizaba, Veracruz **Minimum Education:** Completed secondary school. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in general, hotel, industrial, or related maintenance. * Prior experience in hotels, buildings, hospitals, or comprehensive facility maintenance is desirable. * Knowledge in one or more of the following trades: Electrical work Painting Plumbing Welding Equipment maintenance Air conditioning Carpentry Masonry Locksmithing * Basic proficiency in using maintenance tools and equipment. * Flexible schedule availability is desirable. * **Residency in the local area is desirable.** **Main Responsibilities:** * Ensure proper operation of equipment and facilities in guest rooms, public areas, dining venues, offices, and service areas. * Execute and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programs. * Perform general maintenance tasks across various areas. * Respond to operational reports and incidents. * Maintain areas and equipment in optimal operating condition. * And other duties inherent to the position.
