A company with over 30 years of experience in leasing and consulting for multifunctional and general computing equipment (software and hardware) nationwide is seeking a **Comprehensive HR Analyst**. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, from talent attraction through hiring. * Provide national-level employee support and follow-up, promptly addressing inquiries and requests. * Coordinate the planning and execution of corporate events and team-building activities. * Develop audiovisual and informational content to strengthen internal communication. * Administer onboarding and offboarding processes. * Manage the training matrix, as well as design and implement training programs. * Drive organizational development initiatives, including career and life planning. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Communications, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions. * Must reside in Veracruz, Ver. * Experience in recruitment and selection of operational and administrative staff. * Knowledge of personnel administration (hiring, termination, personnel files, vacation management, attendance incidents). * Effective communication skills and internal customer service orientation. * Strong organizational, follow-up, and detail-oriented abilities. * Proficiency with digital tools (Microsoft Office suite, recruitment platforms). **WE OFFER:** * Ongoing training. * Fixed schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:50 am–5:50 pm; Saturday, 8:50 am–1:30 pm. * Excellent work environment. * Growth opportunities. * Biweekly salary + productivity bonus. * Direct employment contract. * Full statutory benefits from day one.
