Job Summary: Coordinate, supervise, and optimize the fabrication processes of metal structures in the workshop, ensuring on-time delivery, quality, cost control, and compliance with applicable regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Plan and schedule the production of metal structures 2. Supervise cutting, assembly, welding, and finishing processes 3. Implement continuous improvements in manufacturing processes Job Objective Coordinate, supervise, and optimize the fabrication processes of metal structures in the workshop, ensuring on-time delivery, quality, cost control, and compliance with applicable regulations. Responsibilities \- Plan and schedule production. \- Supervise cutting, assembly, welding, and finishing. \- Ensure compliance with technical specifications. \- Coordinate operational personnel. \- Monitor productivity and timelines. \- Implement process improvements. \- Comply with quality and safety standards. \- Coordinate shipments to construction sites. Profile \- Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. \- 3 years of experience in metal structure workshops. \- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. \- Knowledge of welding and quality control. \- Personnel management experience. \- AutoCAD, Tekla, or ERP systems are desirable.
