




We are seeking a Human Resources \& General Affairs Assistant Manager to lead key departmental operations, drive continuous improvement, and ensure full compliance with organizational processes. This role plays a strategic part in talent management, departmental administration, and coordination of general services. **Key Responsibilities:*** Implement, develop, and improve HR processes, policies, and departmental structure. * Design, coordinate, and execute recruitment and selection strategies for operational, administrative, and specialized roles. * Review and validate pre\-payroll, ensuring accurate recording of incidents, movements, and approvals. * Supervise the operation and compliance of general services. * Prepare and present departmental KPIs and key performance indicators. * Lead administrative disciplinary processes, internal investigations, and labor actions. * Represent the department during internal/external audits and STPS, IMSS, or ISO reviews. * Manage training, development, and performance evaluation programs, including needs assessment and annual scheduling. * Manage and optimize the HR \& GA budget, including vendor contracting and expense control. **Job Requirements:*** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Human Capital, Industrial Relations, or a related field. * At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources. * Advanced Microsoft Office skills. * Experience with payroll and HCM platforms. * Strong understanding of labor regulations. * Intermediate–advanced English proficiency. * Leadership, decision\-making, effective communication, and problem\-solving skills. **We Offer:*** Competitive salary. * Above\-law benefits. * A stable and collaborative work environment.
