




Position Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Manager with experience in NOMIPAQ and CONTPAQi to manage the entire payroll cycle—from employee onboarding and offboarding to payroll stamping (CFDI) and reconciliations. Continuous updating on labor and tax regulations We require a Payroll Manager. Preferred education: Certified Public Accountant or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations. Experience required in: **Payroll processing using NOMIPAQ and CONTPAQi — MANDATORY** Managing employee database (hiring, termination, salary modifications) within payroll systems, IDSE, SUA, INFONAVIT, FONACOT · Calculation of daily wage and integrated daily wage (SBC). · Calculation and validation of variable payroll components based on reported and/or generated incidents. · Coordination of pre\-payroll process (collection and validation of incidents). · Preparation of weekly/biweekly payroll. · Generation of payment files and automatic upload to banking portal. · Payroll stamping (CFDI). · Monthly reconciliation of payroll vs. issued CFDIs. · Calculation and payment of extraordinary payroll items: year-end bonuses (aguinaldo), profit-sharing (PTU). · Preparation of settlement documents (finiquitos) and their upload to banking portal. · Employee-level tracking of Savings Fund, FONACOT and INFONAVIT loans. · Monitoring of labor obligation payments. · Tracking of travel allowances (viáticos) and proper CFDI stamping. · Accounting recording of payroll transactions. · Tax treatment of wages and salaries under the Income Tax Law (LISR) and its regulations. · Monthly reconciliation among IMSS, INFONAVIT, SUA, and Payroll System. · Response to requests from SAT, IMSS, and INFONAVIT as required. · Resolution of discrepancies between payroll taxes paid and corresponding CFDIs. · Support and coordination during audits of various types. · Preparation, review, and validation of annual payroll calculations and stamping (CFDI). · Annual budget calculation. · Monitoring of monthly KPIs. Continuous updating on payroll-related contributions: tax, IMSS, etc., to mitigate operational risks. Advanced Excel proficiency.
