At Grupo Terrahome, we are looking for your talent to join our team as: ***RESIDENT*** Position Objective: Ensure that construction processes comply with proper quality control according to regulatory standards and best industry practices, coordinating, supervising, and executing project tasks and activities, managing assigned personnel, and guaranteeing timely, cost-effective, and high-quality project execution. **Requirements:** * Education: Completed Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Engineering **(Degree required)** * Experience: 4 years of experience in construction of gas stations or commercial plazas * Proficient in AutoCAD * Proficient in any ERP system **Competencies:** * Leadership * Teamwork * Problem solving * Effective communication * Organization and planning * High sense of urgency * Results-oriented * Ability to work under pressure **Activities and Responsibilities:** · Study and analyze the executive project. · Execute the executive project. · Identify discrepancies in the project. · Coordinate with subcontractors and assigned personnel. · Record construction progress. · Conduct site visits to evaluate the status of works, personnel attendance, assess and approve construction processes. · Prepare volume generators (additive), weekly estimates for each work front. · Report construction progress. · Guarantee correct execution of assigned tasks in compliance with technical norms and specifications. · Request necessary equipment and tools for efficient project operations. · Request necessary equipment and tools for efficient project operations. · Request special supplies from suppliers (concrete) (CEMEX, Cruz Azul, technicians, etc.) according to schedule. · Inspect materials in storage. · Schedule laboratory visits for quality control of materials at each work front. · Weekly supply planning · General knowledge of urbanization, networks, platforms, leveling · Complete internal logs. · Weekly meeting with Construction Manager · Knowledge of PEMEX image regulations · Knowledge of NOM-005 standards for third-party certification of gas stations · Familiarity with procedures for requesting electrical verification reports · Knowledge of medium and low voltage systems · Collaborate closely with DRO. · Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. · Resolve project issues (omissions in execution and/or quality). **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits * Weekly fuel allowance * Job stability * Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Saturdays from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm **CANDIDATES WHO FULLY MEET THE PROFILE ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY THROUGH THIS PLATFORM** Job type: Full-time Salary: $16,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation assistance or service * Possibility of indefinite contract Work location: On-site employment
