**Main activities:** * Maintain constant communication with operators, traffic supervisor, quality department, and authorities if necessary, providing attention and response to requests and unforeseen situations during transit. * Responsible for channeling information with different departments to ensure operational efficiency. * Generate tracking reports, arrivals, departures of units, and event logs during the shift. * Monitor units in real time using GPS platforms (satellite tracking). * Verify compliance with authorized routes, estimated times, and authorized stops; detect and report deviations of equipment, prolonged stops, unauthorized activities by the company, and any irregularities. * Activate security protocols in case of risk or emergency situations (accidents, theft, deviation, incidents involving cargo). * Responsible for monitoring routes and vehicle performance, ensuring efficiency and punctuality in cargo delivery. **Qualities:** * Proactive with the ability to work under pressure. * This position is on-site and requires availability for flexible hours, including weekends. * NIGHT SHIFT from 10:00 pm to 07:00 am. * Ability to analyze data and make decisions.
