**Job Objective:** Ensure proper planning, scheduling, and material flow from supply to delivery of finished products, guaranteeing compliance with production schedules, optimal inventory levels, and customer satisfaction. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate material planning and production scheduling according to customer requirements (Customer Schedule). * Ensure availability of raw materials and components, preventing line stoppages due to material shortages. * Supervise internal logistics and inventory control, optimizing space and resources. * Manage relationships with local and international suppliers, ensuring on-time deliveries. * Lead material requirements planning (MRP) and purchase order control. * Analyze customer forecasts and translate them into a master production schedule (MPS). * Implement strategies for reducing logistics costs and excess inventory. * Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and Quality departments to meet delivery and quality targets. * Generate performance reports (KPIs: OTIF, inventory levels, scrap, plan adherence). * Lead and develop the team of planners, schedulers, and material analysts. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 5 years in material planning, production scheduling, or similar roles within the automotive industry. * **Knowledge of:** * MRP / ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar). * Inventory control, production scheduling, and internal logistics. * Just in Time (JIT), Kanban, and Lean Manufacturing principles. * Intermediate to advanced English proficiency. * **Key Skills:** Leadership, data analysis, decision-making, supplier negotiation, and results orientation.
