Also responsible for creating strategies that enable waste elimination. **Main Specific Responsibilities:** * Implement concepts of Lean * Manufacturing * Manage time and motion * Ergonomics * Improvement Projects **Specific Tasks:** * Determine, document and maintain the database of cycle times per station. * Collaborate with the engineering team to define, document and maintain work sequences in operations, milk runs, supermarkets \& point of use. * Optimize systems (reduce cycle times, inventories, etc.) * Drive improvements related to financial indicators based on standardization and optimization. * Support internal and external BPS audits. * Assist in managing the Idea Management system. * Support implementation of lean manufacturing strategies. * Support various VS teams in executing improvement cycles. * Assist in launching new production lines, including ramp-up activities. * Report status of mandatory BPS training completion. * Define annual BPS training strategy. * Keep the company layout updated and assist in conceptualizing necessary changes (applying LLD concepts). * Support logistics based on FOL and Material Flow principles. * Provide support and consulting to other departments. **Requirements** **Position Profile:** Education: a) Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree b) Specialty: Industrial Engineering or related field. c) English Language: Advanced d) Years of Experience: 6 to 8 years. **Additional Information** Bosch is constantly expanding its international presence, as cultural diversity represents one of our greatest strengths.
