




*EVENT 2.0 Group — Logistics and Distribution* *Location: Cuauhtémoc 06450, CDMX* *EVENT 2.0 Group, a company specializing in logistics and distribution, is seeking talented individuals to join our team as Credit and Collections Assistants.* **REQUIREMENTS** * High school diploma or related degree (e.g., Administration, Accounting, Finance, or similar). * Proven experience in **credit, collections, accounts receivable, or administrative functions**. * Basic knowledge of invoicing and tax documents (preferred). * File management and document verification skills. * Effective communication and negotiation skills. * Flexible availability regarding working hours. * Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook. **WE OFFER** * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Opportunities for growth within the administrative/financial area. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Review, verify, and record documentation for **credit analysis and approval**. * Compile and maintain complete, up-to-date client files. * Monitor credit applications, credit limits, and renewals. * Conduct phone calls and send emails for **accounts receivable recovery**. * Manage overdue payments and negotiate payment deadlines. * Prepare daily reports on **accounts receivable**, due dates, and payment follow-up. * Enter and update client information in the administrative system. * Issue account statements and payment notifications to clients. * Perform payment reconciliations and assist with system postings. * Report incidents, outstanding balances, anomalies, or irregularities to the supervisor or relevant department. * Comply with internal policies, departmental procedures, and audit guidelines.
