Requirements: * Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or related field. * Minimum six months of experience in a similar position. Responsibilities: * Provide user support (troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues). * Install, configure, and update equipment and software. * Monitor and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment. * Administer servers, local area networks (LAN/WAN), and internet connections. * Manage user access, permissions, and security. * Monitor system performance to prevent outages. * User account configuration.
