JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/ACTIVITIES: 1.- Purchasing/Payments -Purchasing materials and paying for certain services. -Paying salaries. 2.- Administration. -Printing, completing, and entering furniture/work delivery forms. -Preparing and entering payroll (to be emailed upon completion). -Constant communication with administration (determining expense allocation). -Incident reporting (accidents, machinery, errors). -Carpentry job budgeting. 3.- Operations/Logistics. -Architectural surveys (measuring, photographing, and identifying client requirements). -Digitalization of surveys in AutoCAD. -Scheduling routes/installations/delivery timelines. -Delivering information to carpenters (drawings and specifications). -Supervising fabrication and installation (quality, timelines, logistics). -Monitoring productivity/timelines/regulations. -General coordination of in-house staff and subcontractors. -Active customer follow-up (deliveries, visits, notifications, coordination with installers and subcontractors). -Photographic progress reports for clients (carpentry relative to design). -Client, supplier, subcontractor, and collaborator interaction. -Shipment management and e-commerce stock updates. 4.- Requirements: -AutoCAD (basic level, 40%). -Conducting simple architectural surveys. -Basic administrative knowledge and unit pricing. -Basic knowledge of carpentry materials. -Experience coordinating personnel. -Vehicle operation (valid driver's license). 5. Essential Skills: -Strong interpersonal skills; cultivating professional and commercial relationships. -Ability to earn respect from construction site or workshop personnel. -Friendly demeanor and charisma when interacting with clients, workers, and suppliers. -Activity planning prioritizing practicality, productivity, safety, cost and time optimization—strictly avoiding overspending, downtime, accidents, losses, imprudence, reputational damage, etc. -Experience in carpentry workshop processes. 6.- Working Hours: -Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM MAZIKO CARPENTRY WORKSHOP ACTIVITIES: -Design-based fabrication (kitchens, closets, ceilings, flooring, general furniture). -E-commerce sales (wood waste products). -Carpentry maintenance, repairs, and restorations.
