Close preventive and corrective work orders on time and correctly. · Raise purchase orders as required/authorized by the client and ensure financial processes are consistently followed. · Complete supplier service quality measurements within agreed timelines. · Escalate issues and action plans to the FM Rs. when suppliers / self-help services fall below defined parameters. · Support administrative management of expense control, PO generation, SLA and KPI indicator maintenance. · Maintain the SHE system. Work with the Client’s H&S Officer to ensure site compliance. Contact the JLL EHS Specialist to ensure audit compliance at all times. · Train technical staff on specific activities. · Ensure maintenance is performed in accordance with JLL H&S procedures, using the Permit-to-Work system where applicable. · Collaborate with and support other members of the FM team. · Ability to diagnose faults in electromechanical equipment and troubleshoot problems. · Financial control Do you identify with this profile?
