Join our team! **Job Mission** The mission of this role is to ensure the integration of new collaborators into operations, developing skills that guarantee optimal job performance in accordance with the company’s established policies and procedures. **Job Description** Key Responsibilities \- Execute the onboarding and training program, ensuring materials and logistics for each session. \- Record and document training evidence for personnel. \- Update and design content/presentations to improve the collaborator’s experience in training and development topics. \- Conduct store visits to deliver and follow up on specific training programs. Requirements \- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Communication, or related field. \- 1+ year of experience in Human Resources. \- Experience as an instructor and group facilitation. \- Knowledge of digital training platforms. **Employment Type** Full-time **Work Model** On-site At Farmacias del Ahorro, we care about you… and want you well!
