




**Instructor** **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate training for newly hired personnel as well as follow-up for continuous training of production staff. * Maintain communication with Production personnel regarding necessary ongoing trainings. * Prepare reports on employee performance in initial or continuous training. * Advise Originators who implement process changes, changes in assembly techniques, as well as train personnel as required. * Train production personnel on DNs, QATs, CCNs (Visual Aids, Quality Alerts, module updates), etc. * Train production personnel on GMP/Policies, and other company-required trainings for employee development. * Support departmental projects and promote improvements in the training area to achieve objectives. * Perform category changes for production personnel when required. * Verify GDP compliance of all documentation related to the training process. * Record in the training system when certifying employees in Skills, CCP’s and/or visual inspections, and maintain records in the employee’s file. * Keep production personnel training profiles updated in the training system. * After training production personnel on Human Resources Policies, register them in the training system and retain training documents to facilitate retrieval during audits, as required. * Perform curriculum changes for production personnel when required. * Approve DNs as needed. * Administer skills tests. * Conduct induction training for personnel selected for production areas. * Deactivate users in the training system for employees no longer working at the company and remove their files to archive storage when required. * Update and/or replace skill credentials when required. * Provide support by taking photos at company events and/or creating videos when required. * Provide support in activities as requested by the supervisor or company. **Requirements:** * High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree focused in Human Resources or equivalent. * Knowledge of production processes (assembly and plastics). * Knowledge of assembly processes, assembly techniques and methods, and product quality criteria. * Initiative, analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, teamwork, filing knowledge, public speaking, personnel management, and leadership. * English preferred.
