Key responsibilities include: * Design and validate new products or improvements, with a focus on technological innovation. * Lead engineering changes and re-engineering initiatives. * Coordinate proof-of-concept testing, prototyping, and product validation. * Generate supporting documentation, manuals, and visual aids resulting from design changes. * Manage project schedules, resources, and deliverables for innovation projects. * Document progress, risks, and mitigation plans. * Conduct inventory of manufacturing materials and submit monthly reports. * Prepare purchase orders and update stock records. * Provide technical support and maintenance to all technological departments (computers, site infrastructure, video surveillance, etc.). * Distribute tools and consumables for installations and maintenance activities. * Design products from concept through to production. * Perform technical analyses of materials, processes, and tolerances to validate designs. * Document technical specifications, risk management, bill of materials, and manuals. * Conduct product validation tests and implement adjustments based on test results. * Participate in design reviews and change control processes. * Coordinate with General Management and Quality Assurance regarding procurement to ensure product feasibility. * Drive continuous improvement in product development processes.
