UVB is seeking your talent for the position of **Language Coordinator (TEMPORARY)** **Position Objective** Responsible for ensuring academic quality so that students achieve level B1 with a score of 433 by the end of the English language program, along with certification in third languages as applicable, promoting the use of tools designed by the organization, validating the methodology used by classroom teachers, and attracting teaching talent. **Functions and activities** * Ensure that teachers use institutional tools that optimize their classroom performance. * Monitor student attendance and academic progress in language courses. * Enhance teaching skills and performance through strategies such as classroom observation, feedback, and training. * Manage the administration and development of language exams for campus application according to the scope and guidelines established by the Institution. * Design, implement, and participate in executing academic impact activities that contribute to the student experience in the language area.
