Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive professional with analytical skills to oversee inventory management, coordinate shipments, and propose improvements in warehouse and distribution processes. Professional development with ongoing training **Requirements:** * Analytical skills. * Inventory management (knowledge of inventory systems and procedures). * Results-oriented mindset and decision-making ability. * Warehousing and distribution procedures. * Ability to lead and motivate teams. * CRM usage and data analysis. * Teamwork. * Valid driver’s license required (automatic and/or manual transmission). * Inventory software proficiency. * Communication and negotiation skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer equipment. * Proactive attitude. * Communication with administrative departments. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise the receipt of supplies and spare parts, ensuring proper verification and registration. * Coordinate fulfillment of tool, spare parts, and consumables requisitions for the technical department. * Coordinate preparation and dispatch of supplies and spare parts to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. * Identify and propose improvements to warehousing and distribution processes to increase efficiency. * Implement warehouse management techniques, such as rotation-based storage. * Implement and supervise safety measures to prevent accidents and protect inventory. * Supervise regular maintenance of warehouse facilities and equipment. * Manage warehouse cleanliness and organization to ensure a safe and efficient working environment. * Record inventory entries/exits for spare parts, tools, and consumables. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Ongoing training. * Professional growth opportunities within the company. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, including one-hour lunch break. **Starting Salary:** $16,000 monthly (pre-tax), based on experience. **Payment Method:** Weekly via BBVA or Santander bank transfer. “Join our team and grow with us!” Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: Starting at $16,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Option for indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms Education: * Completed high school diploma (Mandatory) Experience: * Spare parts industry experience: 1 year (Mandatory) License/Certification: * Valid driver’s license (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
