Coordination of technical and operational personnel An energy-sector service company is seeking a FIELD TECHNICAL SUPERVISOR: Supervise on-site the **installation, operation, and removal of accommodation campers**, in accordance with PEMEX contracts and specifications. * Verify that campers meet PEMEX’s requirements for **habitability, safety, hygiene, and functionality**. * Coordinate and supervise **on-site technical and operational personnel**. * Ensure compliance with PEMEX’s **Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental Protection (SSPA) standards**. * Conduct **periodic inspections** of campers to identify deviations, damage, or maintenance needs. * Prepare and submit **daily, weekly, and/or monthly reports** on progress, incidents, and operational conditions. * Serve as the liaison between the **client, contractors, and operational personnel** to ensure proper execution of activities. * Verify proper use of **Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)** and compliance with field safety procedures. * Attend audits, site visits, and inspections conducted by **PEMEX or regulatory agencies**. * Track corrective and preventive actions arising from safety or quality observations. REQUIREMENTS: * Proven experience as a field supervisor for **accommodation campers, industrial camps, or residential facilities**. * Knowledge of **PEMEX regulations and SSPA guidelines**. * Proficiency in preparing operational reports and documentation. * Availability for field work and rotational assignments. * Standard vehicle driving proficiency.
