Monitor quality indicators and report results to Management. **JOIN OUR TEAM!** **We are looking for your talent as a Quality Coordinator** **PURPOSE OF THE POSITION** Ensure compliance with quality standards, sanitary regulations, and internal meat-processing procedures, guaranteeing product safety and continuous process improvement. **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Design and update quality procedures and manuals. * Supervise compliance with sanitary and safety regulations. * Conduct periodic internal audits. * Identify deviations and propose corrective actions. * Control records and documentation of the quality management system. * Monitor quality indicators and report results to Operations Management. * Ensure compliance with product specifications. * Manage complaints and non-conformities. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, Quality Management, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in a quality position (mandatory). * Knowledge of meat products (desirable). * Knowledge of quality management systems. * Process control. * Non-conformity management. * Knowledge of meat cuts (desirable). * Proficiency in technology.
