Job Description * Minimum education level – Junior high school * Availability to rotate shifts as required by the company. * At least 3 months of work experience in a maquiladora. * Experience in compressor manufacturing (desirable) * Ability to communicate with coworkers and supervisors. * Experience working in a team * No history of drug or alcohol use in previous employment * Knowledge and focus on personal safety and safety during operations * Ethical behavior within the company. **Our Commitment to Our People** Across the globe, we are united by a singular Purpose: Sustainability is no small ambition.
