- Job Description Production Supervisor Role: * Plan and organize production. * Monitor production activities. * Manage the work team. * Ensure the safety and well-being of assigned personnel. * Guarantee product quality. * Maintain continuous communication with staff. * Address disciplinary issues and absenteeism among assigned personnel. * Verify line start-up procedures and model changeovers (Set\-up). * Start the production line. * Verify and ensure operational availability, utilization, and capacity of equipment. * Review scrap reports and sign them. * Verify staff attendance to complete production lines. Develop / lead projects to improve attendance, scrap, and production compliance metrics. Lead a multidisciplinary team to achieve area goals. Ensure compliance with 5S standards in the area. Lead Tier 2 / KPI meetings. Requirements: * Completed professional degree (electronic / electromechanical / industrial engineering). Experience as SMT Production Supervisor (minimum 5 years required). * English proficiency (50% or higher required). * Experience managing personnel. * Preferred experience in line balancing. * Five years of experience in a similar position. * Ability to plan and organize. * High sense of confidentiality. * Proficient in computer software packages. * Flexible working hours. * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies. * Strong communication and problem-solving skills. * Knowledge of production processes, machinery, and equipment (Surface Mount Technologies and automated cells). * Familiarity with safety procedures and standards.
