




Position mission: Ensure the proper operation, maintenance, and continuity of the technological infrastructure at Service Stations, including networks, servers, computing equipment, and associated services, through timely incident resolution, implementation of improvements, technical support, and project follow-up, contributing to operational efficiency and information system security. Also collaborate with Corporate Building Infrastructure. Main responsibilities: * Monitor and maintain technological infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, backup systems, and communications. * Install, configure, and provide support for hardware and software on workstations, servers, and network devices. * Provide technical support to end users, escalating complex cases according to defined procedures. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and infrastructure, documenting all activities carried out. * Participate in infrastructure project implementations, such as virtualizations, migrations, system upgrades, and network deployments. * Document visits, configurations, changes, and technical procedures in accordance with IT policies. * Collaborate with the corporate IT team, ensuring effective integration of technological solutions. * Conduct hardware and licensing inventories, keeping technology asset records up to date. * Responsibilities related to Internet services (connectivity, links, providers, accounts, contract signature tracking, installations). * Regulatory Compliance and Continuous Improvement: Participate in internal and external audits, providing technical evidence and justification as required. * Perform tasks that, due to their occasional nature, are not documented in the job description but are inherently part of the role.
