REQUIREMENTS: * Degree: Civil Engineering, Architecture or related fields (degree not essential). * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Supervisor. * Experience in industrial projects. * Experience with sub-contractors. * Knowledge of Industrial Safety. * Experience in creating, controlling and monitoring construction schedules. * Experience in preparing Weekly Progress Reports. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Preparation of construction reports. * Supervision of personnel. * Technical documentation of projects. * Planning and management of projects. * Preparation and review of cost estimates. * Supervision of projects and progress. * Requesting materials and supplies necessary for projects. * Coordination with contractors.
