Leadership in financial areas with a focus on efficiency and transparency. **Transportation Company Seeks: Controller** **Job Objective** Ensure the company’s financial, accounting, and tax integrity through supervision, control, and continuous improvement of accounting and budgetary processes, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Guarantee the reliability of financial information for strategic decision-making, fulfillment of legal and tax obligations, and efficient use of the company’s economic resources. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting (degree holder). * 3–5 years of experience in similar positions (preferably in transportation or logistics sector). * Up-to-date knowledge of tax and accounting regulations. * Proficiency in accounting systems and Office software (Intermediate–Advanced Excel). * Experience in budget preparation and control. * Management and monitoring of financial KPIs. * Knowledge of local accounting and tax regulations. * Analytical skills, leadership, negotiation, and effective communication. * Willingness to travel (Reynosa – Monterrey). **Responsibilities** * Lead and supervise financial planning, budgeting, accounting, treasury, and internal controls. * Lead financial areas to ensure operational efficiency, transparency, and cost control. * Design and implement policies and procedures to strengthen financial integrity and operational control. * Supervise compliance with tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements under applicable legislation. * Consolidate and present financial statements and executive reports to senior management. * Coordinate internal and external audits, tracking findings and corrective actions. * Identify opportunities for improvement in administrative, financial, and logistical processes. * Supervise vehicle fleet management (fleet), including maintenance, documentation, and costs. * Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). * Promote an organizational culture based on control, efficiency, and continuous improvement. **We Offer** * Monthly gross salary of **$40,000 to $50,000** (negotiable based on experience). * Weekly payments. * Opportunities for professional development and growth. * Results-oriented, innovative, and continuously improving work environment.
