




Position Summary: We are seeking a Technical Support professional to provide support for production lines and offices, configuring equipment, backing up data, and inventorying hardware. Currently, we are collaborating on a **Technical Support** project whose primary objective is to deliver technical support for production lines (printers/labelers) and offices (computers, laptops, PCs, printers), data backup, equipment inventory, and configuration of equipment and printers. **Main Job Responsibilities:** * Provide first-level technical support to end users, including creation of users in Active Directory and assignment of equipment. * Perform installation, corrective, and preventive maintenance of computer equipment and peripherals (PCs, printers, scanners, switches). * Maintain existing structured cabling and create new cabling routes. * Install and configure common software packages and applications such as Office, email, etc. * Manage and configure network users via Active Directory, as well as troubleshoot and identify errors within Active Directory. * Track computer equipment inventory using Excel, including receiving equipment from vendors and planning equipment replacement for end users. * ***Fixed-term project***. * *Work modality: On-site (on site)* * *City: Reynosa, Tamaulipas, Mexico* * *Working shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am \- 4:30 pm / \+Overtime, Mon\-Fri* **Benefits** * Salary of $13,976\.40 gross per payroll, before taxes. * Vacation bonus of 50%, * Savings fund * Vacation days exceeding statutory requirements: 15 days starting from the first year * 100% gross salary * Growth and development opportunities * All statutory benefits **Essential Knowledge:** * Experience as a Technical Support Engineer: 1 year (entry level) * Experience providing support to end users: 1 year (entry level) * Experience installing Windows and Office software: 1 year (entry level) * Printer configuration, installation, and support: 1 year (entry level) * Email configuration (PSTs): 1 year (entry level) * Loading predefined images by model for new equipment: 1 year (entry level) * Network configuration for end-user devices: 1 year (entry level) * Experience with file recovery tools: 1 year (entry level) * Tools (programming languages, technologies, software, methodologies): Not specified **Work Location: Bienestar Neighborhood, Reynosa\-Matamoros Highway Km. 83, 88788 Reynosa, Tamps.** Job Type: Full-time, Fixed-term or Project-based Salary: Up to $13,976\.40 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
