




We want to add to our team a committed, organized person with enthusiasm for continuing to learn in the Human Resources field. **General Requirements:** * **Education:** Completed Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, or related field. * **Experience:** Desirable 6 months to 1 year in administrative tasks or HR-related activities (not essential if you have a proactive attitude and willingness to learn). **Basic Knowledge in:** * Recruitment and personnel selection * File management * Induction processes * Handling of incidents, attendance, and personnel control * Proficiency in Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Forms) * Compilation of physical and digital files * Employee support, inquiries, and complaints * Employee registrations * SUA processing * Monthly deliveries to Cd.
