Job Summary: We are seeking a professional responsible for product inspection and testing, process audits, final product release, raw material inspection, and preparation of quality certificates. Key Highlights: 1. Product inspection and testing during the process 2. Knowledge of magnetic particle testing and blueprint reading 3. Proficiency in using measuring instruments and teamwork General responsibilities for this position: Conduct product inspection and testing during the manufacturing process; perform process audits and verify adherence to work instructions; inspect and release finished products according to specifications; inspect incoming raw materials; prepare quality certificates for products as required. Applicants must possess knowledge of magnetic particle testing, blueprint reading and interpretation, and proficiency in using measuring instruments (vernier caliper, micrometer, and optical comparator). Teamwork skills, knowledge of API threads, and strong oral and written communication skills are required. Minimum experience required for this position: 1 year. Education: High school diploma or related technical degree.
