Our Optical Communications segment has recently evolved from being a manufacturer of optical fiber and cable, hardware, and equipment into an industry-leading, end-to-end provider of optical solutions—spanning the broader communications industry. This segment is divided into two primary product groups: Carrier Network and Enterprise Network. The Carrier Network product group consists primarily of products and solutions for fiber-optic communication infrastructure supporting video, data, and voice services. The Enterprise Network product group consists primarily of fiber-optic communication networks targeting businesses, governments, and individuals for private use. Performs technical duties and activities within prescribed time frames. Participates in projects to improve overall process and technical efficiency * Conduct time studies and CT analysis. * Responsible for uploading pending part numbers into SAP. * Validate product and process changes for standard improvements, such as BOM or Routing. * Validate changes to production orders and verify whether updates are required. * Execute Cost Roll Up. * Communicate with the central manufacturing team to manage priorities. * Support manufacturing projects linked to SAP/PN structure. * Support NPI projects during order validation. * Technical degree in Industrial Engineering or related field, or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree. * Prior relevant experience in manufacturing. * Ability to apply industrial engineering skills: * + capacity analysis + implementation and analysis + cycle time reduction * Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple detail-oriented tasks. * Strong data analysis and statistical skills. * Proficiency in key PC software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio. * Knowledge of SAP. * Intermediate English (preferred) A job that transforms a life.
