Location: Reynosa, Tamaulipas The Digital Transformation Engineer is responsible for driving organizational growth by leveraging digital technologies. They assess the current digital landscape, develop strategies, identify and evaluate digital solutions, work closely with cross-functional teams, and monitor progress to ensure successful digital transformation and achievement of business strategic objectives. * Digitize processes by providing robust tools to facilitate daily activities. * Connect and extract data from equipment/machinery to create solutions based on real-time data. * Create a digital strategy to achieve and maintain world-class company status. * Develop procedures to ensure proper process functionality through digitization. * Serve as a key person to ensure success and remove obstacles related to digital initiatives. * Define and improve initiatives to enhance the performance of SBD REY Plant. * Collaborate with the IT team to build and maintain network infrastructure. * Plan and monitor processes. * Monitor overall progress and resource utilization, initiating corrective actions when necessary. * Segregate waste according to the categories of the work area. * Be aware of hazards and risks associated with activities and follow defined operational controls. * Operate machinery and equipment after proper training. * Participate in ISO 14001 & 45001 awareness trainings. Education: * Degree in Digital Transformation Engineering. * Mechatronics or similar field. Technical Competencies: * Fundamentals of Data Analytics, Power BI or Tableau, Python. * Lean Digital, Industrial Automation and Control (PLC).
