The Integrated Diagnostic Solutions (IDS) unit is seeking: I/E Specialist: Ensure proper management of documents and processes related to importation and exportation, guaranteeing compliance with customs and tax regulations, as well as updating the I/E software according to SAT requirements, Annex 24 and Annex 30.**Job Description** =================== **Functions and Responsibilities** * Responsible for maintaining necessary documentation for Customs and for keeping the I/E software updated to comply with SAT, Annex 24 and Annex 30. * Preparation of all invoices for North and South. * Closing and control of all Temporary Import Permits. * Preparation of IFE Letters. * Payments to Service Providers ensuring Contracted Rates. * Coordination of movements with the Local Transportation Company. * Invoice control according to WID1206. * Support for CTPAT, OEA and VAT certifications. * Responsible for archiving all documents related to North and South operations. * Cover for other I/E team members during vacations, illness, or absenteeism. * Execute other tasks assigned by the supervisor, aligned with business priorities and strategic needs. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree. * 1 or more years of experience in Mexican and U.S. regulations. Detailed knowledge of Import and Export activities. * Detailed knowledge of the Import and Export system Trade Sphere Mexico (TSMX). * Organized. * Proactive. * Results-oriented. * Proficiency in computer packages: MS Word, Excel, Microsoft Works, PowerPoint, MS Office, and Windows applications.
