Review physical vs. financial progress to prevent overestimation in subcontractor billing, detect any discrepancies, and report them to relevant stakeholders. 4. Coordinate the preparation of subcontractor progress estimates. 5. Perform administrative closure of the project, including collection of required guarantees from contractors and suppliers. 6. Prepare long-term cash flow planning with monthly updates to ensure availability of necessary resources for project execution. 7.
