Scientific modeling and decoupling skills, strong computer skills such as Word processing, Spreadsheets, AutoCAD, MS Project, Microsoft Office, Office Tools, and Visio. \n2\\. Strong communication skills. \n3\\. Dynamic, organized, with a sense of urgency. \n4\\. Positive attitude with strong interpersonal and organizational skills, competent, responsible, and able to work under pressure. \n5\\. Bilingual; English and Spanish, written and spoken.
