**What you’ll do:** ------------------- **MAIN FUNCTION:** Responsible for carrying out the Import and Export activities required to meet production plans and on-time deliveries. Exceed internal and external customer expectations regarding on-time deliveries, quality service, cost reduction, and effective communication. **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**. * Capture and prepare the necessary documentation for the import/export process of raw materials, tools, finished products, furniture, and equipment. * Assist in entering data into the customs system, including part numbers, material tickets, returnables, etc. * File permits and invoices, as well as control and inventory security seals. * Capture and prepare the necessary documentation for the import process, customer rejections (request RMA forms from quality). \*Cross training for the export process. * Assist in maintaining inventories of rejected raw materials in warehouse. * Assist in entering data into the customs system, including part numbers, material tickets, returnables, etc. * Inventory and reconciliation of fixed assets between Finance database and Import\-Export, including search and location, labeling of machinery and tooling equipment. * Develop, lead, and promote an organizational culture that supports results. * Management of subcontractors and transfer notices. * Analysis of Section 232, INEGI reports, PROSEC analysis, and Eighth Rule. * Administration of IVA \- IEPS certification. * Knowledge of Annex 24 reconciliation, fixed asset reconciliation. **Qualifications:** ------------------- * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field. * Knowledge of customs law. * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position. * Conversational English. * VISA. * Experience with TSMX or equivalent system. * Experience in port/airport customs export operations. **Skills:** ----------- * **Achieving Results** * **Enables Digital Mindset** * **Develops Organizational Capabilities** \#LI\-MV1
