




***General Purpose*** Receive and carefully review the services regarding the documentation of the goods declared by the customer on the commercial invoice, as well as perform the entry of the international waybill into international software programs, prepare informal and formal invoices according to legal regulations for customs declaration filing, and prepare international shipments for export clearance until delivery to the international carrier. **Internal Relations 1.** Operations: To deliver documents and non-documents with USA Canada Standard waybills to the international department through a manifest. 2. SAE/Guard: To deliver documents and non-documents with USA Canada Standard waybills to the international department through a manifest. 3. Security: To report anomalies detected in documents and non-documents, theft or missing items according to the manifests indicated by the client. 4. Systems: To generate incident reports detected in both equipment and international waybill systems. **External Relations 1.** International Carriers: To verify shipment status and request delivery confirmations. 2. Customers: To request information about shipment details to confirm their accuracy. 3. Exportation/Broker: To receive entry manifests and support in U.S. customs clearance procedures. **Requirements** Education: High school diploma or Technical Degree Language: Intermediate English. Intermediate Microsoft Office. Presentation of results, follow-up and analysis of indicators.
