




**Job Description** A logistics–customs sector company is seeking a **Customs Classifier** with proven experience in tariff analysis and tariff classification determination, responsible for ensuring the correct classification of goods in accordance with the Customs Law, the General Import and Export Tariff (TIGIE), and applicable regulations, thereby minimizing fiscal, legal, and operational risks in foreign trade operations. **Responsibilities** * Analyze and determine the **tariff classification** of goods. * Interpret technical specifications, catalogs, commercial descriptions, blueprints, and product samples. * Prepare and validate **classification files** supported by technical and legal documentation. * Review customs declarations to ensure correct tariff classification, NICO, duties, contributions, and regulatory compliance. * Identify and apply **Non-Tariff Regulations and Restrictions (RRNA)**. * Provide technical support to the traffic, operations, and client service departments. * Maintain up-to-date classifications in response to legislative changes or updates to the TIGIE. * Participate in consultations and corrections of customs declarations. * Support the development of internal classification criteria. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Business, Customs, or related field. * **Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Customs Classifier**. * Solid knowledge of: * **Customs Law** * General and Complementary Rules * Explanatory Notes of the Harmonized System * RRNA and NICO * Proficiency in **customs systems (CASA, ADUANET, or similar)**. * Technical and legal analytical ability. * Proficiency in Excel and documentation tools. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operations. **Key Competencies** * Technical–legal analysis * Regulatory judgment * Document organization and control * Teamwork Employment type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $15,000.00 – $19,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
