Job Summary: Supervise and coordinate assembly and decoration activities, ensuring production planning, quality, safety, and productivity through personnel and resource management. Key Highlights: 1. Trains and develops operational staff. **Job Objective:** Supervise and coordinate assembly and decoration area activities, ensuring compliance with production plans, quality standards, safety, productivity, and on-time delivery through proper management of personnel and resources. **Responsibilities:** \* Supervise daily operations in the assembly and decoration area. \* Achieve product objectives that meet customer requirements and specifications by monitoring subordinates' skills and attitudes. \* Coordinate operational staff to meet production targets. \* Ensure compliance with quality standards and work procedures. \* Verify adherence to safety and hygiene regulations. \* Monitor production indicators, efficiency, scrap, and downtime. \* Track production incidents and implement corrective actions. \* Train and develop operational staff. \* Manage attendance, leave requests, overtime, and staff discipline. \* Coordinate model changes, line startups, and operation balancing. \* Maintain order and cleanliness under the 5S methodology. \* Participate in internal and external audits. \* Prepare daily production and area performance reports. \* Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Planning departments. Requirements **Requirements:** \* Technical degree or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field. \* Minimum 2 years of experience supervising production or assembly operations. \* Experience managing operational staff. \* Knowledge of manufacturing and assembly processes. \* Familiarity with KPI indicators. \* Basic to intermediate proficiency in Excel and ERP systems. \* Willingness to work rotating shifts.
