If you're ready to be part of our journey, join us as **Inventory Control Supervisor** in Reynosa! **Responsibilities:** * Supervise daily inventory control operations * Coordinate and execute cycle counts, physical inventories, and internal inventory audits * Identify and report discrepancies between physical inventory and system records, proposing corrective actions * Ensure accuracy of records in the ERP system * Collaborate with other departments to forecast inventory needs * Train and lead the inventory team * Implement improvements in control processes * Generate periodic inventory reports (Block stock, WIP, obsolescences, losses) * Monitor and analyze inventory data to identify trends and make improvement recommendations **What do you need?** * Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position * Knowledge of SAP * Intermediate Excel skills * Intermediate English proficiency * Leadership and proactivity * Relevant degree related to the position Job type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $1.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Cafeteria service Workplace: On-site
