**Location:**Reynosa Tamaulipas, MX, 88710 **Business Unit:** Sensors \& Fluid Management **Posting Date:** Nov 4, 2025 **Job Description:**The Test Engineer will provide support on the transfer of products and processes, responsible for designing and implementing that ensures the quality and the functionality of a product. Main Responsibilities * Lead program management for product transfer, NPI (New Product Introduction), and test equipment projects. * Develop and improve test programs using LabVIEW, C\#, Visual Basic, and TestStand. * Update and replace obsolete test equipment. * Enhance test performance and efficiency using statistical process control tools (GR\&R, CPK). Requirements * Bachelor degree in engineering (Electrical, Electronic, or Mechatronic). * 4\-6 years of experience developing test solutions for manufacturing environments. * Skilled in software development mainly LabVIEW, C\#, Visual Basic, Test stand. * Strong understating of product traceability and its implementation in manufacturing. * Well\-organized and strong documentation and project management skills. * Fluent in English (conversational). * Solid knowledge of statistical process controls (GR\&R, CpK). * Able to travel and manage transfer and NPI programs, including financial aspects. * Proficient in MS office.
