**Location:** Reynosa * Bachelor's or Engineering degree in Computer Systems (completed or in progress) * Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support * Valid official identification **Required Knowledge and Experience:** * User-level technical support * Point-to-point migration of Windows equipment * Data backup * Installation of system images using tools such as Clonezilla, Symantec Ghost, Acronis True Image, among others * Proficiency with Windows Registry Editor * Basic network knowledge (IP, DNS, WINS, configuration) * Installation and configuration of peripherals: printers, pinpads, scales, scanners * User-based permission management * Antivirus configuration * Collection of evidence and on-site service sign-off * Execution of procedures following technical guides **Additional Skills:** * Leadership * Team coordination * Customer service and verbal problem resolution **Required Tools:** * Drill with metal drill bit **We Offer:** * WEEKLY PAYMENTS Job type: Full-time, Indefinite duration Salary: Starting at $600.00 per day Workplace: On-site employment
