**At Servicios Auxiliares Frontera, we are looking for your talent as an Operations Supervisor** ***Job Description:*** Responsible for coordinating, supervising, and ensuring the proper performance of technical maintenance personnel for facilities and diesel mechanics through frequent field visits and regular travel, guaranteeing operational continuity and compliance with quality and safety standards. ***Key Responsibilities:*** * Direct supervision and management of facilities maintenance technicians and diesel mechanics. * Assignment, tracking, and closure of work orders. * Coordination of preventive and corrective maintenance in facilities (electricity, plumbing, painting, masonry, air conditioning, among others). * Supervision of general mechanical work, including basic fault diagnosis, preventive and corrective maintenance, inspection of diesel engines and mechanical, hydraulic, and transmission systems. * Verification of compliance with safety regulations and proper use of tools and equipment. * Monitoring of working hours, productivity, and attendance of technical staff. * Review, validation, and verification of expenses related to maintenance activities. * Review and authorization of expense requests and material purchases. * Preparation and tracking of service and spare parts quotations. * Coordination with external suppliers and contractors. * Preparation of activity reports, progress updates, and identified failures. ***Requirements:*** * Mechanical, Electromechanical, Industrial Engineering or related degree. * High availability for travel. (Mandatory) * Minimum 3–5 years of experience supervising operational staff. * Solid knowledge of facilities maintenance. * Knowledge of general mechanics and diesel engines. * Experience in expense control, expense verification, and quotation preparation. * Familiarity with industrial safety standards. * Availability to respond to operational emergencies and flexible working hours. * Leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
